Wilma E. Dibert

Wilma E. Dibert, 86, of 13 Schuyler St, passed away Thursday (October 18, 2012) at Highland Healthcare in Wellsville.
Born in Arcade, April 20, 1926, the daughter of Harvey and Leona (Casey) Rose, she was a lifelong area resident after graduating from Arcade Central School. On July 1, 1944 she married Arthur Dibert, whom predeceased her in 1983. Wilma retired from Allegany County in 1972, was a past member of the Angelica Bible Church.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Arthur, and hers brother Harley, Arthur, and Leon Rose.
She is survived by 4 daughters Lucille (Claude) Halsaver of Salamanca, Beverly Brady of Belmont, Katherine Elliot of Belmont, and Margaret Butler of Angelica, 3 sons Alan Dibert of Belmont, Charles (Carol) Dibert of Angelica, and Edwin (Jeanette Kaiser) Dibert of Scio, her sister Joanne (Adelbert) Wardner of Angelica, 2 brothers Emmett Rose of Angelica, and David Rose of Angelica, several grand and step grandchildren as well as several great and step great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
The family will be present 1-3pm Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Avenue, where funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, with the Rev. Marc Chamberlain officiating. Burial will be in Until the Day Dawn Cemetery in Angelica.
