Wilma J. Palmiter, 77, formerly of
Hungry Hollow Rd passed away Tuesday (April 17, 2007) at TheHomestead Nursing Home, Penn Yan.
Born in Shinglehouse,PA, July 6, 1929, the daughter of Merton and FlossieWhitford, she had resided in Fremontmost of her life. She had been employed as a nurse's assistant for the formerHarris Nursing Home. Upon her retirement she volunteered for the Green Thumbprogram.
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband EarlPalmiter in 2000.
She is survived by four daughters: Mary Bostic of Canisteo,Barbara Aultman of Canisteo, Vickie Bates of Canisteo and Wanda (Tim) Brown ofIndiana. 1 son Karl (Bonnie) Palmiter of Cohocton.
