Born in Hornell, NY, November 9, 1933, a son of Richard andAngie Sprong Bartlett, he had resided in Hornell most of his life
Bill was a graduate of Hornell High School , Class of 1952
Bill had been employed for the Hornell City School District asSuperintendent of buildings and grounds, retiring in 1989.
He was predeceased by his wife Betty Jane Bartlett on July 25, 1995.
He is survived by one son: Richard ( Rose ) Bartlett of Hornell, one sister: Sue Shull of Hornell, twobrothers: David Bartlett and Charles Bartlett of Hornell,
2 Grandchildren
At Bill's request there will be no public calling hours orfuneral. Burial will be in Hopecemetery, Hornell.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Bender " Brown &Powers Funeral Home in Hornell.
