He was born in Dublin, GA, December 10, 1951, the son of John Wesley and Louise (Bascomb) Willis. On April 27, 1985, in Hornell, he married Rose Snyder Willis who survives.
He was predeceased by his parents as well as 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
He is survived by his wife Rose, his son, Shawn (Liz) Willis of Addison, his daughter, Leslie (Mike) Fowler of Olean, 1 step-son, Christian Wakefield of Hornell, 3 grandsons, Jaylee Willis of Addison, Brent and David Fowler of Olean, 3 brothers,Leo Mobley, Ernest Bell and John Norris, 3 sisters, Betty Mobley, Clarion Dixon and Janelle Mobley, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
