Wesley J. Cusson, 62, of 827 Almond Rd, State Route 21, passed away Monday (August 29, 2016) at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.
Born in Cortland, June 21, 1954, the son of Joseph and Shirley Amell Cusson, he was a graduate of St. Mary's School in Cortland and had resided in Hornell since 1982. Wes had been employed as a heavy equipment operator for Conrail, and later for the Norfolk & Southern Railroad.
He was a member of the Hornell Moose Lodge and the Hornell VFW. He was an avid hunter, and a very devoted Giants and New York Yankees fan.
He was predeceased by his parents, one sister, Linda Mann, one brother, Jimmy Hodges and his step-mother, Betty Cusson.
He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Jones Cusson to whom he was married December 15, 1984, his daughters; Staci (Dean) Loher of North Carolina and Nikki (Joe Hall) Jones of Dansville, his son, Kevin Cusson of Tennessee, his sisters; Ann (Richard) Carter of Waterloo, Veronica (Clarence Clink) Adams of Seneca Falls, Michelle (Kelly Carroll) Adams of Colorado, Tina (Venessa) Adams of Rochester, Charlene (Marty) Bushnell of Cortland, Darlene (Richard) Loope of Cortland, Christine Hodges of Cortland, his brothers; Thomas (Renee) Adams of Tennessee, and David Hodges of Cortland, his grandchildren; Mathew, Braden and Tyler Cusson, Jason and Skylar Loher, Aaliyah and Neamiyah Hall, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
