Tina M. Ange Canisteo
Tina M. Ange, 69 a resident of the Canisteo Manor, passed away unexpectedly Thursday (July 31, 2025) at her home.
Born in Rochester, November 24, 1955, she was the daughter of Ike and Gladys Broughton Skellen. She was a graduate of Franklin High School, and had been employed as a CNA at the Lakeshore Nursing Home in Rochester for several years. She had resided in the Canisteo-Hornell area the past 30 years. While residing in Canisteo, she was employed at the former McNeu’s Restaurant.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Paul Ange, brothers, David and Jimmy Skellen, Grandson-In-Law, Trevor Ellis and her best friend Sally Ormsby.
Surviving are her sons, Dana Ange of Hornell and Shawn (Cassie) Ange of Rochester, former daughter-in-law, Amanda Davis of Hamburg, NY, Grandchildren, Paula Ellis, Ashley Ange, Kyla Parulski and Chloe Davis and Chelsea Ellis, 3 great grandchildren, Cylus Ellis, Baelee Ellis and Oliver Williams.
The family will be present to receive friends on Wednesday August 6, 2025 from 4 PM until 6 PM at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street in Hornell.
