Thomas McCollumn, aged 62, peacefully passed away and went to be with his Lord and savior Jesus Christ on January 21, 2026 in his home. Tom was born in Hornell, NY to Marcia and the late Jerry McCollumn. He lived in Hornell most of his life because he liked the friendly people and strong community ties he developed over the years. He was genuinely grateful for the caring and attentive healthcare community in Hornell.

Tom loved classic rock music and attending live concerts, especially with his daughter Grace and his sister, Elise. He was a super fan of the Buffalo Bills and watched every game he could. Tom was also appreciative of Hornell's Wegmans and truly enjoyed shopping there. He had a deep love for animals and lived with his beloved cat Bella and his daughter's cat Winky.

More than anything else Tom loved to spend time with his family. He is survived by his Mom, Marcia McCollumn, daughter Grace McCollumn, brother Greg McCollumn, sister Elise McCollumn, and many nieces and nephews. Tom will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.

At the family's request there will be no service at this time. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
