Teresa A. McIntosh, 82, of 107 Greenwood Street, passed away Wednesday (September 14, 2016) at her home.
Born in Canisteo, August 30, 1934, the daughter of Nicholas A. and Tressie Nye Smith, she had resided in Arkport for 43 years before moving to Canisteo in 2002.
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Louis McIntosh in 2015.
She is survived by Her daughters; Ann Marie (Tony) Patti of Arkport and Susan (Dennis) Tinker of Canisteo, her son; Louis (Kathy) McIntosh of Alabama, her brother; Karl Smith of Hornell, and her sister; Virginia (James) Jackson of Arkport, 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The family observed a private visitation and funeral service at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 6 Spruce St., Canisteo with Rev. Donald Maynard officiating. Committal services and burial followed at Woodlawn Cemetery, Canisteo.
