Tammy M. Colburn,, 53, of 17 Beechwood Terrace, Edgeview Estates, passed away Saturday (October 15, 2011) at her home.
Born in Hornell, Nov. 13, 1957, the daughter of Richard F. and Mary Martin Shutt, she had resided in Hornell all her life. She attended Arkport Central School and was employed for the Hornell School District in the cafeteria at the Hornell Intermediate School for several years. Tammy was a member of Ivanhoe Chapter #160, Order of Eastern Star.
She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Colburn, her father, Richard Shutt, her brother, Dale Shutt and her sister, Terri Lynn Shutt.
She is survived by her son, Jeffery Shutt of Hornell, her mother, Mary Shutt of Hornell, 2 sisters, Connie Shutt of Hornell and Rebecca McCarthy of Florida, her brother, Richard (Marlena) Shutt II of Almond, 2 grandchildren, Dyllan and Drew Shutt.

The family will be present to receive friend on Monday from 1 PM until 3 PM at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell where an Eastern Star Memorial Service will be held at 5 PM Monday followed by funeral service at 5:15 PM. Rev. Dudley Jenkins will officiate. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery Hornell.
