Tamie R. Wheeler, 44, formerly of Almond passed away Friday (March 3, 2017) at the Lehigh Regional Medical Center in Lehigh Acres, Florida.
Born in Culver City, California, May 29, 1972, she was the daughter of Michael and Deborah McDaniels Wheeler. She had made her home in Florida for several years. Tamie will be remembered for her love of animals, the beach and the ocean.
She was predeceased by her father, Michael Wheeler in 2012 and her daughter, Brittni Gemmell and her maternal grandparents; Robert and June McDaniels.
She is survived by her mother, Deborah Wheeler of Almond, her daughter; Alina Wheeler and her son Khorvin Plazola as well as her brother Thomas John (Ruth) Pittsley of Michigan. Also surviving are her grandparents; William and Anita Wheeler of Canisteo, five grandchildren, aunts, uncles, one niece and one nephew.
