Suzanne E. Garner Webb, 73 a resident of Conley Court in Bath, formerly of Canisteo, passed away Wednesday (Dec. 23, 2020) at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.
Born in Lindley, NY, August 11, 1947, she was the daughter of Charles W. and Marie N, Cook English. She was a graduate of Troupsburg Central School and had received her nurses training at the former Craig Colony in Sonyea. She worked for several years as a home health aide.
She was predeceased by her parents, her first husband; Frederick Glee Garner in 1994, her son Clark Garner in 2008, as well as her sister; Margaret Ferbert and her brother; Harold English.
Surviving are her husband; Phillip Webb of Bath, her daughter; Kimberly Spike-Garner of Bradford, NY, her sister; Clara Vine of Painted Post, 4 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as well several step- grandchildren and foster grandchildren.
