Stanley Wayne DuBois Jr. 67 a resident of Stone Hill Road, passed away Monday (Sept. 16, 2024) at Highand Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Bath, April 11, 1957 he was the son of Stanley W. DuBois Sr. and Joanne Alger DuBois. He had resided nearly all his life in the Canisteo- Dansville area. He had been employed at Gunlocke in Wayland for several years.
He was predeceased by his parents, and brother, David DuBois.
Surviving are his daughter, Samantha DuBois of Dansville, his sons, Dakota (Cheyenne) DuBois of Mt. Morris, Zachary (Summer) DuBois of Springwater, and Patrick (Bailey) DuBois of Piffard, his long time friend and companion, Becky Stratton of Dansville, His sisters, Debra Wright and Cindy (Kevin) Oakes both of Virginia, his brother, Thomas (Bonnie) DuBois of Cohocton, 1 grandchild.
There will be no calling hours. A private burial service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Canisteo at the convenience of the family.
Gerald R. Brown, Director at Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Hornell is assisting the family with arrangements.
