79 Crosby St, passed away Saturday (March 22, 2008) at home.
Born in Hornell, November 5, 1935, the daughter of Charles and Alice (Whitaker)Munn, she had resided in Hornell all of her life. Shirley had been employed atthe former Caskie's Restaurant, The former Coffee Cup and was head cashier atthe former FBC. She was a member of the Hornell Association and enjoyed playingbingo.
She was predeceased by her parents as well as her sisterRoberta Erskine.
She is survived by her husband Robert whom she married on November 8, 1953, threesons: Larry (Janice) Raish of Holly Ridge NC, Robert (Jean) Raish Jr. ofCanisteo, Edward (Cari) Raish of Hornell, one brother: Charles Munn of FL,seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesdayfrom 2PM-4PM and 7PM-8PM at the Bender - Brown &Powers Funeral Home,
354 CanisteoSt, Hornell.Funeral services will follow calling hours at 8PM.
