Shawn M. Willis, 23, of Woodhull, NY formerly of Hornell entered into eternal peace on Tuesday December 6, 2016.
He graduated from Hornell Sr. High in 2011 and went into the Oil Drilling Field, but most of all he loved spending his free time with his wife and 2 sons, they meant the world to him by all means. He was truly loved by many and will be missed by all, his smile is now a ray of sun that will shine on all of our faces forever more.
Shawn was predeceased by his father, Wesley Willis and a cousin Shane L. Snyder.
He is survived by his wife; Elizabeth and 2 sons; Jaylee and Landon of Woodhull, also survived by his mother Rose Willis (Lee Odom) of Hornell, brother Christian Wakefield of Hornell, 2 sisters; Leslie (Michael) Fowler of Olean and Rebecca Courtney of California, 1 grandmother; Anna Waters of Virginia, 4 aunts; Roxy Dais of Dansville, Edith Snyder, Debbie (Jason) Kepner both of Hornell and Mary (Steve) Brewer of Canisteo, 2 uncles; Ronald Snyder Sr. of Addison and Clair (Phyllis) Snyder Jr. of Montoursville, PA., a special set of in-law's Heather (Jason) Patterson, Brittney and Alyssa VanOrsdale of Woodhull, a very special niece Audrey Nicole of Woodhull, as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He tried hard to keep two of his cousins on a straight and narrow path, Ricky and Lavon Snyder.

The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday, December 17, 2016, from 11AM-1PM at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell. A memorial service will be held immediately after calling hours at 1PM, Pastor Tyrone Hall, officiating.
