Sandra M. Cook, 78, a resident of Elder Wood Nursing Home, in North Hornell, passed away peacefully Saturday (December 17, 2016).
Born July 2, 1938, the daughter of Frederick Simons, and Esther Percivial Simons, she was a lifelong area resident. She had worked for the former Elsenheimer's Chevrolet, in the office, as a title and registration clerk.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Lee Simons.
She is survived by her son Timothy (Cathlene) Cook of State College, PA, 4 grandchildren Alexander Cook, Aryka Cook, Christopher Cook, and Genehvieve Cook.
There will be no services, and her burial will be at the Rural Cemetery in Hornell.
