Sally A. Graham, 57, of 144 Lincoln Street, passed away surrounded by family on Monday (August 17, 2015) after a brave fight against a long illness at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Born in North Hornell, June 2, 1958, the daughter of Jack and Dorothy (Ormsby) White, she was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Arkport Central School "Class of 1977". Sally was a licensed beautician, starting out her career by running her own beauty shop in Arkport, and later working at the Hair Zoo in Hornell for 20+ years. She had also worked with her dad Jack for several years in the carpentry business. She enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking, playing Yahtzee, baking, but most of all spending time with, and spoiling her grandkids. Sally also loved Halloween, and dressing up in many elaborate costumes.
She was predeceased by her father Jack L. White, and her aunt Bonnie White.
She is survived by her daughter Nicole Graham (Jeremy Becker) of Hornell, 2 sons Steven (Amy) Graham of Hornell, Matthew (Tracy) Graham of Hornell, her mother Dorothy White of Hornell, her former husband Steven Graham of Hornell, 3 sisters Donna (Mike) Clark of Hornell, Jackie (Peter) Clark of VA, Sheri (Pat) Mosko of Arkport, her brother Jack (Melissa) White of Canaseraga, her grandchildren Justus, Jalyn, Kenneth, Cooper, Dominic, Parker, Andrew, Brendan, and Cora, her uncle Bill White of Hornell, her in laws Paul and Marjorie Graham as well as several brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will be present 1-5pm Friday, August 21, 2015, at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell, where funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM with Rev. Lenny Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery in Hornell.
