3483 Vandermark Rd,passed away unexpectedly Sunday (May 23, 2004) at Rochester General Hospital.
Born in NorthHornell, NY, February 25, 1977, the daughter of LeRoyand Maxine Newburey Smith, shehad resided in the area all her life. Ruth was a volunteer Fireman for the ScioFire Department, and had attended the Seventh Day Adventist Churchin Alfred Station. Ruth had been employed as a CNA at Highland Healthcare Center in Wellsville.
She was predeceased byher father LeRoy in 2003 .
She is survived by herhusband Bruce White Jr. whom she married on Nov. 12, 1995.
