Roma C. Archer, 92, formerly of Troupsburg, passed away Tuesday (August 18, 2015) at St. James Hospital.
Born in Boston, MA, May 4, 1923, the daughter of Henry and Laura Currier Donovan, she had resided in the Birdsall and Canaseraga area most of her life until moving to Troupsburg in 1993. Roma was employed at the former WestingHouse and Phillips Lighting in Bath.
In addition to her parent's she was predeceased by her brother's, Joseph, Russell and Wesley Flower.
She is survived by one daughter: Roma Karns of Ontario, and one son: Willie (Judith) Archer of Prattsburgh, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, sister-in-law, Jean Flower of MI, several nieces and nephew.

The family will be present to receive friends from 12-2Pm on Saturday (Aug. 22, 2015), at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell. A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 2:30PM at Gulley Cemetery in West Jasper.
Friends wishing may make memorial contributions to the McAuley Manor Activities Fund, 1 Bethesda Dr. Hornell, NY 14843.
