Robert F. Feenaughty,78, of
1796 County Route 50, passed away Friday (March 10, 2006)at his home.
Born in Howard, October 2, 1927, the son of Floyd andEmma Payne Feenaughty,he had resided most of his life inCanisteo before moving to Arkport about4 years ago. Bob was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a member of the Canisteo American Legion Post.He had been employed at the Arkport Dairy for over 38 years prior to hisretirement in 1991.
He was predeceased by his parents, an infant son Kenneth G. Feenaughty and his brother, Donald Feenaughty.
He is survived by hiswife, Genevieve Bowles Feenaughty whom he married Oct. 3, 1953, two daughters:Kathy Purcell and Vicky Burgess both of Arkport, two sisters: Geraldine (William) Fisk of Canaseraga and Marilyn Severanceof Canisteo, 4 grandchildren, 5 Great grandchildren, s nieces & nephews.
