Richard A. Caruso,53, of

242 Grand St.,died Monday (April 4, 2005)at St. James Hospital.



Born in Hornell, NY, February 11, 1952, a son of RichardJ. and Enloa West Caruso, Richiewas a life long resided of the area and wasa Graduate of Hornell High.



From 1978 to 1980 he ownedand operated the former Richie's on

Seneca Rd.He was a member of the Hornell VFW and Hornell AmericanLegion.

On August19, 2000 he married Brenda Maines.



He was predeceased by his father, RichardJ. Caruso in August of 1971



In addition to his wife and mother, Richie is survived by one daughter: Angela (Jessie) Rutherford of TX, one son: Adam Solesof Bath, NY, two sisters: Mary Ann Caruso ( Jim McNellis) of Loon Lake, Christine ( Avis)Ellis of Hartsville, two brothers:Fredrick ( Miria ) Fronjian of NJ, Leonard P. ( Shelley) Caruso of Hornell, Two grandchildren and several neices newpewsand cousins.
