Regis M. Glover, 83, formerly of Arkport, passed away Friday(October 17, 2008)at her son's home in Dansville.
Born in Canisteo, September 6, 1925, the daughter of Nathan and Margaret(Miller) Broughton, she had been an area resident all of her life. Regis was amember of the Canaseraga Ladies Auxiliary of theAmerican Legion. She loved her family, cooking and recipes as well as ceramicsand painting.
She was predeceased by her husband Harding in 2000, one son,Harding "Bud" Glover, three daughters-in-laws, one grandson and one sister,Mary Jane Broughton.
She is survived by four sons, Richard (Sherry) Glover ofDansville, Jack Glover of Arkport, David (Patti) Glover of DE and Timothy (Kim)Glover of ME, two daughters, Cynthia (Jon) Bentley of Angelica and Robin (Marc)Tessier of Belmont, three brothers, Duane (Cloy)Broughton of Hornell, Gerald (Cathy) Broughton of Canaseragaand Loran (Jackie Hunt) Broughton of Canaseraga,several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends from 6PM-9PM on Tuesday (October 21, 2008), at the Bender- Brown & Powers Funeral Home,
354Canisteo St, Hornell. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (October 22, 2008) at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Arkport Cemetery.
