Phyllis E. O'Dell, 91, longtime resident of Lockport and North Hornell passed away Thursday (February 9, 2017) at Elderwood At Hornell on her 91st birthday.
Born in Hornell, February 9, 1926, she was the daughter of Frank D. and Nina Rogers O'Dell. While residing in Lockport, Phyllis was employed as a telephone operator for Bell Atlantic.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sisters; Corrine Backer and Arlene O'Dell, her brothers; Gerald and Russell O'Dell as well as her nieces Penni Poyer and Patricia Schillaci
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
