Born in Hornell, December 11, 1934, the daughter of John and Mary Simms Coleman, Phyllis had resided in Hornellmost of her life before moving to Wadsworth.
She was predeceased by her parents, 2 sisters:, FlorenceBuck, and Marilyn Dolph, 2 brothers, Robert and, Harold Coleman.
She is survived by one sister: Lois Bailey of Clyde, one brother: James J. ( Julia) Coleman ofWadsworth, and a sister-in-law, Jean Coleman of Florida
