Phillip H. Webb, 75, longtime resident of Hartsville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday (July 16, 2021) in Montour Falls.
Born in Hornell, November 24, 1945, he was raised by his adopted parents; Lanson and Adabelle Hunt Webb. He had been employed on the Highway Department, for the Town of Hartsville for several years. In addition, he had operated his own farm for many years.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife; Suzanne (English) Garner Webb, his sister; Betty Smith, and his brothers; Eldon, Gale, Donald, Jesse and Elwood “Pete” Miles.
He is survived by his step-daughter; Kimberly Spike- Garner of Bradford, NY, several nieces, nephews and cousins, 4 step-grandchildren including Kimberly Dellow and Travis Garner.
Honoring Phil’s wishes, there will be no visitation hours or services. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
