Norma J. Scott, 82, of 10892 County Route 13-A, passed away Saturday morning (June 23, 2018) at Noyes Hospital.
Born in Dansville, NY, February 20, 1936, the daughter of John and Ethel (Dougherty) Casperson, she had resided in Dansville her early life, moving to Canaseraga in 1958. On December 31, 1953 she married Joseph Scott who survives. Norma enjoyed taking care of her flower gardens and being in nature. She was loved by all.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Joseph of Canaseraga, 1 daughter; Joette Baker of Canaseraga, 4 sons; Gary (Jody) Scott of Birdsall, Jon (Patricia) Scott of Geneseo, Timothy Scott of Canaseraga and Todd (Mary) Scott of Birdsall, 1 brother; John Casperson of Florida and a sister; Penny Dusenbury of Florida as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild on the way.

A memorial service honoring Norma's life will be held on Saturday (June 30, 2018) at 1PM at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Hornell, Rev. Shannon Brumfield officiating. Burial will be in Canaseraga Cemetery.
