Neil L. Stoddard, 66, of 7775 Old Big Creek Rd, passed away Monday (January 25, 2010) at Rochester General Hospital.
Born in the Town Of Urbana, January 9, 1944, the son of Floyd and Alice Vincent Stoddard, he had resided in Avoca during his early life, but mostly in the Hornell- Bath area. He had been employed as a machinist for Clark Specialities in Hammondsport.
He was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Betty Ake, his brother, Don Stoddard and his grandson, David Stoddard.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie Dieter Stoddard whom he married Aug. 20, 1977, his daughter, Wanda (Allen) Hoad of Prattsburg, his sons, Neil (Dawn) Stoddard of Arkport, Matthew (Lisa) Stoddard of Hornell, John (Karla) Yarka of Hornell and Steve (Jennie) Stoddard of Hornell, 2 brothers, William Stoddard of Hornell and James Stoddard of Texas, 2 sisters, Linda (Arthur) Stuck of Almond and Lynn (Earl Wolfanger) Lenhart of Almond, sister-in-law, Orlando Stoddard, 16 grandchildren, l great grandchild, nieces & nephews.
