Michelle Marie Jones- Braley, 32 of West VanScoter Street, passed away Sunday August 11, 2024 at her home.
She was born in Hornell on June 14, 1992. She had been employed as a former home health aide and Hornell Walmart.
She was predeceased by her Maternal Grandfather Glen Jones, her uncles Terry Moore and Jamie Moore, Paternal Grandparents, Harold and June Jones.
Surviving are her husband, Dustin Braley of Hornell, her daughter Grace Cummings and her son Kaysen Braley, her mother, Kelley Moore-Lee, step dad Harold Lee (Butch) her father Terry Jones sisters, Stacey Jones Foster and Nikki Lee, brothers, Kenneth Jones, Justin Jones, and James Lee, maternal grandmother Shirley Moore, uncles Kevin Moore, Teddy Jones, aunts Debra Jones, Kathy Jones and Jodi Campbell, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will observe a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are with the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home in Hornell.
