Michael P. Butler Jr., 39 long time resident of Hornell passed away April 28, 2021, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Hornell, July 9, 1981, the son of Beth French Butler Campbell, he attended Hornell High School and received his GED. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and bike riding.
He was predeceased by his grandparents; Kenneth French, Betty Monaghan, Charles Butler and his aunt; Debbie French.
Surviving are his mother; Beth Campbell of Hornell, Paul Cushman, who Mike looked up to as his father, his grandmother; Betty Butler of Hornell, his brothers; Brandon and Paul Butler, his sister; Sandra Campbell of Hornell, his special friend; Jennifer Conley of Hornell and his companion; Cayla Cook of Dundee.
