Mary Catherine McDaniels, 76, of 14 Sawyer Street Site, passed away Sunday (November 10, 2019) at St James Mercy Hospital.
Born in Hornell, NY, July 18, 1943, the daughter of Loren and Mary Isabel (Jankowski) McDaniels, she had resided in Yakima, Washington most of her life, returning to the Hornell area a few years ago. She graduated from Hornell High School "Class of 1961". Mary had worked in the telephone sales industry in Washington, and had volunteered for the Hornell Library for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by2 brothers Patrick (Linda) McDaniels of Jacksonsville, FL, and Michael (Kathleen) McDaniels of Machias, NY, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A reception will be held at the Hornell Library at a later date.
