Mary L. Flint,67, of
7476 North Main St. Ext, passed away Tuesday (November 16, 2004) at St. James Hospitalfollowing a short illness.
Born in Avoca, September 28, 1937, the daughter of Anthonyand Rose Mary Maniscalco Calderone, she had resided inHornell and Arkportmost of her adult life. She was a graduate of the Avoca Central School, a communicant of St. Ann's Church inHornell , a member of the AvonPresident's Club, and also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Arkport AmericanLegion. She operated the former " Flint's Travel For FunClub " in Hornell for several years andrepresented AVON, as a salesperson forover 35 years
She was predeceased by her first husband, William Contos in 1965.
She is survived by herhusband, William Flint whom she married March 9, 1969
One daughter- Susan (Kenneth) Arnoof VA
2 sons- Steven Contos of Naples
John(Susan) Contos of VA.

The family will be present to receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday and from 10 AM until11AM Saturday at the Bender-Brown & PowersFuneral Home, 354 Canisteo St., Hornell where funeral services will be held following calling hoursat 11 AM. Rev. Patrick VanDurme will officiate. Burial will be in St Anns Cemetery.
