Marjorie Ruth Mullikin, 100, formerly of the Bishopville Road, passed away Sunday (July 20, 2025) at the Absolute Care of Three Rivers in Painted Post where she had resided the past 4 years.
Born in Cameron, NY, who died just days before her 101st birthday, was the daughter of Arthur and Florence White Spears. She spent her early life in Cameron but lived for many years in Almond. She was a graduate of Addison Central School, Class of 1942, and had been employed at the former Westinghouse Plant in Bath.
Marjorie was a member of the of the former Ivanhoe Chapter 210, Order of Eastern Star in Hornell, the former Almond Grange and had attended the Bishopville United Methodist Church for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Ronald Mullikin in 2006, her sisters, Winifred Short and Barbara Jean Trocko, her brothers George and Vernon Spears, as well as an infant brother.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Ruth Page of Virginia and Janice (William) Haynes of Painted Post, 3 grandchildren Karen Page (Brian) Stevenson, Michael (Amy) Haynes, and Robert (Dinah) Page along with twin Great Grandsons, Aiden and Austin Page.
The family will be present to receive friends on Thursday (July 24, 2025) at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street in Hornell from 11 AM until 1:00 PM.
A graveside committal service will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Almond.
