Marie I. Smith, (94), of Springwater, passed away Saturday (September 11, 2010) at the Blossom Health Care Center in Rochester.
Born in Springwater, September 4, 1916, She was the daughter of Martin and Minnie (Kline) Smith, and resided there most of her life in Springwater. She had been employed at the former Blum Shoe Factory in Dansville. She was a member of the Springwater Methodist Church.
She is survived by her niece, Sandra (Robert)Caruso and sister in law Sheila(Ronald) Smith of Rochester and grandnieces Kristina (Chris) Breed of Ontario and Angela (Joe) Steele-Perkins of Irondequoit and many cousins.
