Margaret M. Terry

Angelica

Margaret "Marge" M. Terry, age 90 of Golden Acres Drive, passed away peacefully on Monday May 11, 2026 at the Hart Comfort House in Wellsville, New York.

She was born in Buffalo, NY on April 18, 1936 the daughter of Peter Olejniczak and Jessie Douglas Olejniczak. Marge had lived in Reno, Nevada, the Carolinas and settling in Angelica many years ago. On October 13, 1990 she married John S. Terry and was predeceased by him on October 9, 2013. She enjoyed reading, yard sales, driving and doing errands (especially her sister Arlene), and gambling aka Gumbo Gumbo. Marge loved her family and never missed any family events. She was especially proud of being baptized the day after her 90th birthday this year. Marge was strong willed, thrifty and a really good person, and her family loved her very much.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband John, her brothers James, Peter, Thomas and Roy Olejniczak, and sister Fran Struble.

She is survived by her best friend and sister Arlene Makeley of Angelica, her brothers Anthony Olejniczak of Wellsville, and Robert Olejniczak of Fillmore, numerous nieces, and nephews, and special neighbor and friend Deanna Hand.

Calling hours will be on Thursday (May 14, 2026) from 12-1pm at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home 101 West Avenue in Angelica, where a Funeral Service will take place at 1:00pm with Pastor David Ford officiating. Burial will be at Until the Day Dawn Cemetery in Angelica.
