Lloyd R. Mann, 92, of Main St., passed away Sunday (December 3, 2017) at the Bath VA Medical Center.
Born in Wellsville, August 24, 1925, the son of Lucius and Alene (Lounsberry) Mann, he had resided in the Greenwood area most of his life. Lloyd was employed by National Fuel as a pipefitter. Lloyd honorably served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy During World War II, during which he was a part of Exercise Tiger. Lloyd was a member of the F. & A.M. Lodge in Greenwood and the Greenwood American Legion Post #1425. He loved hunting, fishing and traveling.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife; the former Bernice Madison Mann, a son; Donald Mann, 2 brothers; Merle and Jim Mann and 2 sisters Eleanor Jennings and Dorothea Mann.
He is survived by 2 sons; David Mann of Greenwood and Terry (Patricia) Mann of Andover, 4 Daughters; Connie Mann of Hornell, Judy Cheney of Utah, Laurie (John) Cheesman of West Bloomfield, NY and Carol Mann of Greenwood, 15 grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren.

. The family is being assisted by David W. Ames, Director at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Canisteo.
The family will observe a graveside service at the Greenwood Cemetery with full military honors.
