Born in Hornell, May 15, 1972, the daughter of Ronnieand Mary Clemons Bell, shehad graduated from Hornell High School, where sheplayed High School Basketball. Lisa had attended the St. Paul's Baptist Churchin Elmira, andwas a volunteer at the Community Childrens Centerin Elmira. Lisawill be remembered for her outgoing personality, she was a people person andloved to listen to musc.
She was predeceased byher mother Mary Bell.
She is survived by herthree daughters
