Linda M. Severance, 65 Depot St., passed away Wednesday (September 18, 2013) at her daughter's homes surrounded by her family and friends.
Born in Wellsville, August 31, 1948, the daughter of Hugh and Ardith (Reed) Chilson , she had resided her entire life in the Canisteo Area. Linda worked for the HAT bus for 18 years as a driver and secretary. She enjoyed crafts, NASCAR, animals, her family and most of all her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her father.
She is survived by her mother, Ardith Chilson, one son, Gene Miller of Spruce Pond NC, two daughters, Sonya (Kevin Seger) McCormick of Hornell and Melissa (Robert Preston) Wilson of Rexville, one sister, Martha (Jay) Sage of Grey TN, nine grandchildren, Dakota Miller, Robert Wilson III, Zackery Wilson, Troy Wilson, Arlinda Preston, Cody Miller, Donnie Miller, Victoria Miller, Makayla Cook, One great grandchildren, Deamari Wilson, newphews, John (Jennifer) Sage of Boston MA, and Jason Sage of Lakeland Fl, niece, Nancy Sage of Johnson City TN and special friend, Floyd Parkington of Canisteo, name sake, Linda Cline.
