Lawrence D. "Larry" Henry,64, of

34 Glen St.passed away Saturday (April 7, 2007) at his home.



Born in North Hornell, March 13, 1943, the son of Milburn and AliceOakes Henry, he had resided in Hartsville and Greenwood for many years before moving toAlfred. He was a graduate of the Canisteo Central school class of 1961 and had attended Alfred State College. He had beenemployed as a Supervisor for the Dairy Heard Improvement Association for manyyears. He was a member of the Hartsville Community Churchwhere he served as moderator, layspeaker as well as adult Sunday School teacher.



He was predeceased by his parents, and his Sister andBrother-in-law Charles and Elizabeth Feenaughty.



He is survived by two brothers: Lyle (Marjorie) Henry and Thomas (Betty) Henry both of Canisteo, several nieces and nephews.



The family will be present to receive friends from 2-4 and6-8PM on Tuesday at the Brown &Powers Funeral Home 6 Spruce Street, Canisteo, NY where funeral services will follow calling hours at 8PM. Rev. Ken Chroninger willofficiate. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
