Larry A. Drake, 81 of Hart Street passed away Tuesday (May 31, 2022), at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Greenwood, February 28, 1941, he was the son of Guy and Mildred Marlatt Drake. He resided most of his life in Canisteo before moving to Hornell several years. He was employed for several years as a Green’s Keeper at Twin Hickory Golf Course in Hornell.
He was predeceased by his parents, his sisters; Irene Reid, Dorothy Lewis, and Joyce Hallett, his brothers, LaVerne and Winford Drake.
Surviving are his wife, Flora Campbell Drake of Hornell and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends on Friday (June 3, 2022) at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 6 Spruce Street, Canisteo, from 11 AM until 1 PM when funeral services will be conducted with Rev. Shannon Brumfield officiating. Burial will follow in Bennett’s Creek Cemetery.
