Kenneth Dale Patterson,51, formerly of Angelica, diedunexpectedly on Saturday (August19, 2006) at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Born April 20, 1955, in Cuba , NY, he wasthe youngest son of Walter H.and Mildred Patterson. Ken attended Angelica Central School where he enjoyedplaying basketball and was an honor student.He received a degree in tool and dye making and also attended Monroe CommunityCollege.He traveled extensively and worked many jobs throughout the United States . He worked on oil rigs, as a tool and dyemaker, installed pools and patios, and was a carpenter in the constructionfield. Mr. Patterson wan an avid artist. He enjoyed wood carving, pastels, andcalligraphy. He also was a Nascar racefan.
Ken was predeceased by his parents, three brothers: Walter,Richard and Daniel.
He is survived by hissisters, Millicent (Milt) Newcomb, Geneva Dorvit (Joe Klein), and Gen Pattersonof Belmont, Ann (Tony) Dodge of Webster, Ida (Donald) Case of Angelica, Barbara(Jack) Light of Portville, a brother, Roger (Cindy) Patterson of Angelica andseveral nieces and nephews.

At his request, there will be no visitation and a gravesideservice will be held at the convenience ofthe family. Family member, Rev.Leslie Chambers of the West Clarksville Baptist Church willofficiate. Burial will be in Until theDay Dawn Cemetery.
