Kathy L. Biddle, 65, of Madison Ave., passed away unexpectedly Monday (January 22, 2018) at St. James Mercy Hospital.
Born in Hornell, December 29, 1952, the daughter of Earl and Dolores O'Rourke Houghtaling, she had resided in Hornell all of her life. Kathy was a graduate of the Hornell High School class 1971. She was a beloved mother, daughter and sister.
She was predeceased by her father Earl Houghtaling, her sister; Bonnie White and her dog Sadie.
She is survived by 3 daughters; Rene (Beau) Judd of Hornell, Tracey (George) Sharp of Canisteo, and Denise (Brian) Block of California, 1 son; Dana (Nina) Biddle of Indiana, her mother; Dolores Houghtaling of Hornell, 2 brothers; Thomas and William Houghtaling, 2 sisters; Jean (Al) Stever and Karan (Paul) Mess, 25 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, her dogs; Bailey and Izzy as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will be present on Friday (January 26, 2017) from 10AM-1PM , at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell, where funeral services will be held immediately following calling hours at 1PM, Rev. Jesse Flint officiating. Burial will be in Arkport Cemetery.
