1997Norton Hollow Road, Town of Greenwood,passed away Wednesday (April7, 2004) at St. James Hospital.
Born in Hornell, February 25, 1944, the son of Francis andPhyllis Weaver Meeks, he had resided in this area all his life. He was agraduate of Alfred Almond Central School, Class of 1962,and was a self employed carpenter.
He was predeceased by his parents and one brother, Morris Meeks.
Surviving are his wife, Lillian KernanMeeks of Canisteo
one daughter: Tammy(Garrett) Milks, of Williamsville
one son: Gregory Meeks of Greenwood
two sisters: Carol (Steve) Burdett of Hornell
Susan (William) Salvatore of California
2 grand daughter- Kaitlin andKelsey Milks
several nieces & nephews
Family and friendsare invited to attend a funeral service (no prior calling hours) at the Brown& Powers Funeral Home, 6 Spruce St.,Canisteo at 11:00 AM on Friday April 23, 2004 (please note date). Burial will be in Rural Cemetery,Hornell.
