Joyce Dineen, 79, of 6020 Dublin Road, passed away peacefully Friday (September 2, 2016) at home with her family at her side.
Born in Rochester, November 20, 1936, the daughter of Walter and Beatrice (Horton) Jackson, she was a lifelong area resident. On March 6, 1954 she married John R. Dineen who survives.
Joyce loved the outdoors, gardening, and working in her greenhouse. She loved animals, especially her goats. Joyce also enjoyed going hunting with her husband every year. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Polly O'Dell, Neva, and a special sister in law Margaret Penna.
She is survived by her husband John of 62 years, her son Steven (FaithAnn) Dineen, Deborah (Michael) Clancy, and Robert Dineen, her grandchildren Jeffery, Sarah, Katie, Andrea, Sean, Brian, Matthew and Scott, her great grandchildren Stephen and Aiden, several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
