Joy E. Conley, 73, a resident of Church Street Court, passed away Friday (Jan 5, 2024) at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira.
Born April 25, 1950 in Hornell, she was the daughter of Wyman and Jennie Hulin Campbell. Joy had resided most of her life in this area. She had been associated with the Living Waters Church in Hornell.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Gerrald Conley, her daughter Tonya Simpson, her brothers, Ross Campbell and Neal Campbell as well as her grandson Stephen Finch.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer Conley of Hornell, James (Crystal) Finch of Bath and Timothy (Julie) Conley of Troupsburg, two brothers, Rev. Philip Campbell of Hornell and Leo (Phyllis) Campbell of Dansville, several grand and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration Of Life will be held on Saturday (Jan. 27, 2024) at the Living Waters Church, 1737 Southyard Road in Hornell from 1 PM until 3 PM. Family and friends are invited.
