Jon G. Robinson

December 2, 1969 — May 18, 2025

John G. Robinson

Surrounded by loved ones, Jon G Robinson passed away peacefully on Sunday May 18, 2025 after battling brain cancer. Born on December 2, 1969, he is the son of Jeffre & Marcia Robinson Sr, who both courageously cared for their son in his final months and days.
He is survived by his three daughters, Haley (Louie Bain) Robinson, Sidney (Brandon) Ryan and Presley Robinson. Jon was blessed with four beautiful grandchildren, Rhaea James, Iris Blake, Quill Conor and Jett Jon. He is also survived by his brother, Jeffre (Linda) Robinson Jr, a cousin, who was like a sister, Rhiannon (Scott) Sisson, his nephews, Kyle, Kole, Aydin and niece Emma, his great nephew Nash and his great nieces, Collins and Parker.
Jon will be remembered for his quick wit and famous sayings as well as his passion for bowhunting. Throughout his life, he traveled the country, often with his father, on hunting trips for several types of big game. His hunting trips took him to Colorado, Iowa, Ohio and many other places where he created friendships and memories. In recent years, Jon used his artistic abilities to build stick bows whose beauty and craftsmanship were second to none and a treasure to those who own them. Above all, Jon will be remembered as a loving father whose three girls meant everything to him.
The family will be holding a celebration of life to honor Jon at a later date and requests any memorials be made to Hospice Care of Wellsville or the Southern Tier Turkey Hunters Wounded Warrior Hunt. They would also like to thank the many family members, friends and neighbors who have supported them these last few months.
