Johnny Do, 54 of 465 Canisteo St. passed away Tuesday (February 21, 2017) after a long courageous battle with cancer at Strong Memorial Hospital. Born in Vietnam February 2, 1963. Johnny moved to the United States and became a US Citizen over 30 years ago. He resided in California and New Jersey before relocating to Hornell, NY and purchasing Nail Tekz on Main Street in Hornell.
Johnny and his wife owned Nail Tekz for ten years, selling in May 2016 due to Johnny's health.
He was predeceased by both parents and one brother.
He is survived by his wife Lan Tran whom he met in New Jersey and they returned to Vietnam to marry on December 18, 2002. He is survived by his daughter Katie Do of Hornell and a daughter Jenny whom resides in Seattle, Washington. Johnny is also survived by several sisters and brothers whom all live in the United States.
At Johnny's request there be no calling hours or funeral.
Burial will be in Vietnam at Johnny's request.
