John C. Sprague, 65, of 213 Campbell Street, passed away Monday (June 27, 2016) unexpectedly at Ira Davenport Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a car-pedestrian accident in the Village of Bath.
Born in Bath, October 21, 1950, the son of Robert and Lena Wraight Sprague, he had resided in Hornell and Bath his entire life.
He was predeceased by his mother.
He is survived by his father, Robert H. Sprague of Burns, his brothers; Jay R. Sprague of Hornell, Jerry R. (Betty) Sprague of Arkport, James H. (Cindy) Sprague of Texas, Jeffrey L. Sprague of North Carolina, Joseph W. Sprague of Virginia, Jason S. (Maria) Sprague of North Carolina, his sisters; Joan E. (Brian) Holmes of Arizona, and Janice M. (Jesse) Montoya of Maryland, Nieces and Nephews and his longtime friend and companion, Bertha Burdick of Bath.

will officiate. Burial will be in Heritage Hill Cemetery, Arkport.
