John A Hendee, 48, of 71 Church Street Court, passed away Sunday (August 2, 2009) at his home.
Born in Abilene, TX, May 30, 1961, the son of Dale and Carole Ricardo Hendee, he had been a lifelong area resident, graduated from Arkport Central School, and had been a cook at the Italian Villa.
He was predeceased by his father Dale, and his sister Michelle Carole Hendee in 1971.
He is survived by his mother Carole Ricardo of Arkport, sister Virginia Hendee of Levittown, PA, 2 brothers William Hendee of North Tonawanda, Brenden (Shalamar) Hendee of Phoenix, and several nieces.

The family will be present 2-4PM Friday, August 7, 2009, at the Robertson Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell, where funeral services will be at 4:00 PM, with the Deacon Robert McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Hornell Rural Cemetery. The family is being assisted by Chester A Gosper IV.
