John E. Griffith, 45, of Hornell, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (November 22, 2011) at home.
Born in North Hornell, July 17, 1966, the son of John E. and Kathleen (McDonald) Griffith Sr., he had resided in the Hornell area all his life. John was employed at Dyco Electronics in Hornell and was a member of the Bath and Hornell VFW as well as the Hornell Association. He loved fishing, NASCAR, music, sports and his favorite football team, the Buffalo Bills.
He was predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his fiance´, Robyn McCollumn of Woodhull, brothers and sisters; James (Susan) Stillman of Hornell, Robert Stillman of Hornell, Sue (Tom Aures) Brewster of Hornell, Kathy (Joe) DeKay of Cameron and Tim (Diane) Griffith Hornell of Hornell, fishing buddy; Dillon McCollumn of Woodhull, several nieces and nephews.
