John Lee Cotton, 60, of Spring Street, passed away Monday (August 17, 2020) at his home.
Born in North Hornell, October 25, 1958, the son of Bert Cotton Sr, and Phyllis Hallett Cotton ,he had resided in Canisteo most all of his life.
John was a self employed auto mechanic for several years in Canisteo. He was a member of the Northern Riders Motorcycle Club.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife; Deborah Lyon on July 30, 2020, his sister; Jacqueline Mc Chesney , his son; Richard J. Travis II in 1996, and brother-in-law; Vance Gardner Sr.
He is survived by his daughter; Brande (Kera) Graham of South Carolina, his sons; Travis (Rachel) Cotton of South Carolina, Brett (Marie Bonsignoire) Graham of Hornell, and Matthew Graham of Hornell, his sisters; Barbara Gardner of Hornell, Peggy Lee Patton (Robert) of South Carolina, Susan Kay Cotton (Stoney Ellis) of South Carolina, Cindy Cotton of South Carolina and Melinda Jean (Gene) Patton of South Carolina, Grandchildren; Abigail Turner, Andrew Turner, Camden Cotton, Cayden Cotton, Whitney (Robert Taylor) Lewis, Brittney Graham, and one great grand daughter; Allana Taylor, several nieces and nephews.
