Jennifer L. Vanorsdale, 51 of State Route 36, passed away Sunday June 9, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Hornell, May 22, 1973, she was the daughter of Kevin Graves and Dru Hill (Edwards). Jennifer had resided most of her life in Arkport and was a graduate of Wayland Central School.
Surviving are her husband, Mark Vanorsdale of Arkport, her mother Dru Hill (Edwards) of Arkport, her step-father, Gary Hill of Elmira, her daughter, Marki (Jacob) Sick of Wayland, her sons, Thomas Hough of Dansville and Chase Vanorsdale of Arkport, her step-son Joshua Vanorsdale of Wayland, her sister, Angel (Chris) Graves of Arkport and her brother, Chett (Melissa) Graves of Canisteo, her 4 grandchildren, Cayden, Blake, Lucas, and Kyler Sick, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Jennifer was the president of the youth football/cheerleading program and cheerleading coach for the Wayland Central School. She dedicated her life to her children and spoiled her grandchildren and had a love for the casinos.
The family will be present to receive friends on Thursday (June 13, 2024) at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street in Hornell from 1-3 PM and 5-7PM where funeral services will follow. A private burial service will be at Fremont Cemetery.
A celebration of life will be held for family and friends at River of Grace Church, 81 Elm Street, Hornell at 1 PM on Friday.
